Pavan Kumar Padamati is an experienced Control Engineer and Software Engineer with a strong background in the information technology and Railway domain. He has dealt with the design of various sub-systems in metro trains and electrical schematics. Pavan is skilled in Control Systems Design, C# dot.net, SQL, WPF, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), XSLT, electrical schematics, and Rolling stock. He is a strong engineering professional with a Master’s Degree focused on power systems from NIT Tiruchirappalli. Currently, Pavan works as a Systems Engineer at TCS, where he has worked on multiple projects from small to larger scale in Merchandising/Retail Domain Space. He has led a team of four to enhance the application and provide the desired solution to store and vendor user applications. Pavan has developed several tools and automation scripts on a need basis and reduced manual efforts, accomplishing a reduction in costs. He has analyzed application data using SQL queries for issues that arise in Production and fixed them. Pavan has identified and resolved issues, proposed new solutions over existing problems. Previously, Pavan worked as a Placement Trainer at National Institute of Technology and a Software Design Engineer at Alstom. At Alstom, he handled complete project activities that involved Architecture change to include new components, coding, analyzing the scope for regression testing. He worked on WCF to configure the windows services and WPF to design the User-interface(HMI) screens to suit the customer requirement. Pavan translated the customer/high-level requirements to technical requirements using IBM Doors tool and maintained traceability. He scheduled and allocated work, provided advice and guidance, and resolved problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives. Pavan coordinated all Scrum Ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning. Pavan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRKR Engineering College and a Master’s Degree in Power Systems from NIT Tiruchirappalli. He is proficient in test, SQL, dotNET, Software Engineer, and Integration. With 9.95 years of relevant experience, Pavan is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who is passionate about his work.
